There are thousands of web hosting providers out there, but where we differ is in
our approach. There is nothing worse than signing up with a provider who has so
many clients they cannot deal with your urgent request either quickly enough, or
in a personal way, and we all know that down-time costs money.
We have therefore developed our services to focus on the needs of small
to medium sized business, where you get a much more business orientated
approach, the ‘personal’ touch, and a (local UK) voice who will try hard to sort out your problem
as quickly as possible at the end of the phone.
Performance & Security
We know that your business needs its website and email working at all times. That
is why we chose the reliability of a Pipex data centre and their engineers for our
servers, and why we also only host a small number of websites on each server (other
ISP’s can host many hundreds if not thousands of websites per server, potentially
causing severe security, reliability and performance issues). We also backup our
servers every day to tapes which are stored off-site in the event of fire or other
disaster.

Our hosting plans should be sufficient for most needs, but as your business grows,
or if you need additional features not listed or provided by us (for example, you
may need to install off-the-shelf software) please let us know and we will try to
help. If you are new to the internet, or need help with setting up your website,
we’re always glad to be of assistance there too!
